As a business that values and invests in its employees, staff retention is exceptionally strong, with genuine opportunities for career progression and development.\n\nDue to a number of new developments commencing in 2026, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Trainee Site Manager to join their growing team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into construction management with a company that is committed to providing structured training and long-term career progression. The successful candidate will follow a tailored development programme designed to progress them into Assistant Site Manager and ultimately Site Manager positions.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Trainee Site Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of traditional build housing developments, including both private residential and housing association schemes.

Project sizes typically range from 4 to 20 units.\n\nWorking alongside experienced construction professionals, you will learn every stage of the build process while developing the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in site management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans\n\n * Completing structured training modules\n\n * Learning all aspects of the residential build programme\n\n * Assisting with site health and safety procedures\n\n * Supporting the management of subcontractors and trades\n\n * Learning snagging and completion processes\n\n * Assisting with day-to-day site operations\n\n * Developing an understanding of quality control and build standards\n\nAbout You\n\nWe are looking for someone who is eager to learn, motivated, and passionate about pursuing a career in construction management.\n\nIdeal candidates will have:\n\n * Some previous experience within the construction industry\n\n * A recent college or university qualification in a construction-related subject HND or OND (desirable)\n\n * A strong work ethic and willingness to learn\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * A proactive and positive attitude\n\n * The confidence to get involved and learn from experienced professionals\n\n * A reliable and professional approach to work\n\n * A full UK driving licence and access to transport due to varying site locations\n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\n * Permanent full-time position\n\n * Competitive starting salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum\n\n * Structured training and development programme\n\n * Clear career progression pathway\n\n * Opportunity to work with an established and respected housing developer\n\n * Exposure to a variety of residential construction projects\n\n * Supportive team environment\n\n * Long-term career prospects within the housebuilding sector\n\nIf you are passionate about construction and looking to build a successful career in site management, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a company that will invest in your future and help you achieve your career goals.\n\nPlease contact Tiffany for more information
