Join our client's Professional Standards team in Camden, Greater London, as a Professional Standards Administrator!\n\n📅 Contract Details:\n\nSalary: £20 per hour\nDuration: 4-6 weeks\nStart Date: ASAP (targeting late next week) \n\nRole Overview:\nIn this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless running of administrative processes. You'll assist with job description reviews and coordinate with the Advisory Appointments Committee (AAC), ensuring everything runs smoothly!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Professional Standards team\nSupport the job description review process and AAC service\nManage shared inbox queries, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and responded to accurately\nMaintain clear records, trackers, and audit trails for compliance and transparency\nChase and follow up on missing information from stakeholders\nMonitor progress against deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks\nEscalate complex or sensitive queries appropriately \n\nAdditional Duties:\nYou'll also have the chance to support wider Professional Standards activities, such as:\n\nNational clinical audits and surveys 📊\nAudit template libraries\nQuality improvement initiatives\nGuidance and consultation projects \n\nThis may involve:\n\nMaintaining trackers and databases\nCollating and organising information\nPreparing routine correspondence \nUpdating records and supporting team coordination \n\nKey Skills & Experience:\nTo excel in this role, you'll need:\n\nStrong administrative experience, ideally in healthcare, professional standards, or a similar environment\nExcellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines \nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping\nConfident communication skills, both written and verbal\nA proactive approach with the ability to work independently\nComfort in managing shared inboxes and stakeholder queries \n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is your chance to become part of a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful projects within the non-profit sector!
