Nottingham | Competitive Locum Rates | Flexible Shifts Available\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Locum PET-CT Radiographer / Technologist to support a specialist imaging service in Nottingham.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded diagnostic environment, utilising advanced PET-CT technology to support both NHS and private patient pathways. Whether you are looking for ad-hoc shifts, regular weekly work, or a block booking, we would love to hear from you.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs part of a dedicated imaging team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality PET-CT examinations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout their diagnostic journey.\n\nPET-CT combines detailed anatomical imaging with functional imaging, enabling clinicians to identify disease processes at an early stage and support accurate diagnosis, staging and treatment planning.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Perform PET-CT imaging procedures safely, efficiently and in accordance with departmental protocols\n\n * Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable and supported throughout their visit\n\n * Operate and maintain advanced PET-CT imaging equipment to the highest professional standards\n\n * Adhere to radiation protection, infection prevention and patient safety procedures\n\n * Work collaboratively with radiologists, clinicians, physicists and multidisciplinary teams\n\n * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements\n\n * Support service delivery within a busy and dynamic imaging environment\n\nRequirements\n\n * BSc in Diagnostic Radiography, Nuclear Medicine or equivalent qualification\n\n * HCPC registration (where applicable)\n\n * Previous PET-CT and/or Nuclear Medicine experience\n\n * Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient-centred care\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Good IT skills and attention to detail\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive locum rates\n\n * Flexible shift patterns including weekdays and weekends\n\n * Opportunities for ongoing bookings\n\n * Access to state-of-the-art imaging technology\n\n * Supportive and experienced clinical teams\n\n * Opportunity to further develop specialist PET-CT expertise\n\nIf you are an experienced PET-CT Radiographer or Nuclear Medicine Technologist looking for your next locum opportunity in Nottingham, we'd be delighted to hear from you.\n\nApply today or contact us for a confidential discussion
